"This property was a good choice for a stay at a reasonable price. However, the only issue I encountered was with the bathroom; the lavatory was clogged and difficult to unclog. Aside from that, everything else was perfect."

"The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. "Hotel Fernando III was the best hotel we stayed in this trip. We stayed at a total of 4 hotels this trip in Southern Spain. We stayed at Hotel Fernando III for 5 nights. Room was very spacious. Rooftop bar had nice view and good service. Breakfast buffet was good. So many dining options near hotel and front desk staff gave very good recommendations. Walking distance to several Seville attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly. Would stay here again! "
