It did not disappoint, with a beautiful apartment at a good price and spectacular views of the harbor. Kids in our group loved the outdoor pool on the 4th floor. "Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket.
