The crystal-clear waters, the soft sandy beaches, and the marine life made us feel like we were living in an aquarium. But what truly sets the hotel apart is not just its beauty—it’s the people. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay beyond special. A heartfelt thank you to Poula, our extraordinary host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His attention to detail and constant care made all the difference. We also want to send a big thank you to Lama and the amazing team at the Kids Club for creating unforgettable memories for our children. They loved every moment and the fun activities! Dining at Kula every day was another highlight of our trip. The variety, the quality, and most of all, the service exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Bhavin, Shokhawat, Humair, Ansari, Anupam, Anpum, Sager, and Nagendra (and all the others that I forgot to ask for their names, I'm so sorry but I guess you know who you are) for your warm smiles and outstanding service—you truly made every meal an experience to remember. "We had expected the breath taking physical beauty of the island, but were really amazed by the caring and professional staff throughout our stay: from the transfer assistant at arrival in Male, to the villa host who organized our meals and excursions, to the culinary director overseeing the meal preparation at the 6 restaurants, to the bar tenders, servers, and cleaners. Our villa on the beach was spacious and comfortable but not extravagant. The food and alcoholic offerings were at premium level. There was live music and trivia nights. Our package included a dolphin tour (we saw 5 of them about 30 minutes away from the island) and a photo session. The resort has its own app with all the necessary information for your stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the resort. "

"We did Joali for a 15yr anniversary trip. It is a long trip from North America but well worth it! This place is heaven. The website is actually really understated, it’s hard to describe how beautiful and luxurious things are once you arrive. You get a personal butler to meet all of your needs and arrange things. The rooms are huge and gorgeously appointed. All the staff are amazing and the food was absolutely phenomenal. I do gluten-free and they were able to customize anything. I wanted on the menu. The scuba diving is great and the equipment is all brand new and top-notch, including giving your own dive computer. There’s amazing water sports, including a private yacht to Charter, Sea-Doo and all kinds of manual water sports. We played Padel and tennis. Highly highly recommend."
