"I recently stayed at Kameha Grand Bonn and found the experience to be underwhelming. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that felt more like a bachelor pad than a relaxing, comfortable space. While the hotel staff was accommodating in allowing us to switch rooms to a smaller suit with a view of the Rhime, this came with an extra charge, which felt a bit disappointing given the circumstances.Overall, the hotel itself is just okay. "It was a nice hotel.. wish the queen/king mattresses were just one piece and not two twin beds.. or at least have a comfortable topper so the guest can use the middle of the mattress. "

"Stop over on way back to Scotland from Switzerland. Arrived late and was still able to get a meal in restaurant . Staff were excellent. Only issue we had they wanted to charge us for breakfast when we had already paid when we booked. Manager sorted it out. Will definitely use the hotel again"
