"A unique setting in a medieval commune and access to a running stream and panoramic views from large still ancient windows. It is set on a hill in the Charmes-sur-Rhône commune with a good bakery and restaurants close by. There are winding, high 50+ steps to access the property (only known after confirming booking) , this is a consideration for people with access needs. Internally it is very charming with medieval spaces, piano (in tune) and terrace and internet in specific area of the house....

"Schönes neues, lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit grossem Umschwung in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Begrüssung durch einen sehr hilfsbereiten, aber offensichtlich etwas überforderten Jäger (Schwiegerpapa des Besitzers). Die grosse Hitze (bis 37°C) kann leider nicht gut ertragen werden, da Sonnenstoren und Markisen fehlen !!! Nur in den Schlafzimmern wird die Sonne durch dicke Vor-hänge draussen gehalten. So muss man mangels Schatten-plätzen sich sehr oft im dafür aber phantastischen Pool (4 x 12 m)...
