"We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh...

"This is officially our favorite local hotel. Of course our kids love the pool and hot tub but we loved the amazing service we were provided. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal.
