"4th time at CitidanesTrafalga Square. Best location for short trips. Underground close and easy to get to Paddington and the airport. The one weakness is the breakfast. Low cost for a London hotel but also low quality. Coffee machine in lobby is also just okay. I do recommend the place however!"

"Really good stay. Staff at the check in are really good in particular call out to Nusaiba,Rass, Soumya and Iulia. Apartment was excellent for my solo business trip, clean well maintained and I was kept well informed. I started here for nearly a month with no complaints. Location is excellent too and safe.Thank you"

"Great location and a lovely friendly front desk Team. Rooms are super clean and spacious—large accessible bathroom. Facilities are great too - it was lovely to have a proper fridge, hob and the choice to cook a meal!"

"This hotel was an incredible property in such a cool area of London. It is a 4 min walk to Borough Market, Tate Modern, the Thames river walk, and Tube station, and had plenty of markets and local restaurants to choose from. The management at the property were very helpful and attentive to our needs, and were able to receive and hold packages that were delivered until we arrived back for the day. Would highly recommend this property for your next visit! "

"Room was nice and all the facilities. Shower door went inward soaking it in water, shower leaked water to the outside. BIG ISSUE WAS I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL PURELY FOR ROOM THAT WAS PICTURED and got a very different room. NOT IMP"

"It was a great little boutique hotel. A nice little one bedroom, with a full kitchen well stocked. We had a separate entrance we could use that entered right to the elevator. The staff was very quick to help or respond to something. We were a few blocks away from St. Paul's Cathedral, a walk across the bridge to the other side of the Thames and amazing restaurants. Close enough to everything, including the Tube without being right in the middle of it. Loved it!!! "

"Excellent hotel in a brilliant location, just steps from Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Chinatown and all the West Emd theaters. I can’t believe it’s the first time I’ve stayed there. As a frequent London visitor I’m always looking for a good hotel. I’ve now found my go to option moving forward. Also, very economical!"

"The hotel is well situated with fantastic travel links around the City, the staff are very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was of high standard, only criticism the room didn't have air-conditioning, however they did supply a fan as it can get a very warm during the night. Highly recommended for a city break."

"From the moment I walked through the door, I got a lovely, friendly welcome from the person on reception. I booked a small single room, which is exactly what I got. It was beautifully clean, quiet and comfortable. I've stayed in 4 different hotels in the area over the last month and this was definitely the best. I will be back soon. "
