"There were a few improvements to be made to the property. To bring it to a top standard. 1 crack on WHB. Leaks to floor. 2. Tiles lifting in kitchen lounge area 3 no air con in main bedroom - the place need it most! 4.no cover on roof terrace -.in practice the roof terrace is only useable in the night. 5.
