Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. "The place was great. On point to the review online everything in place, clean, lots of free space for big families. Quiet and beautiful view. Amazing owners that helped us a lot in every way we needed. The only downside I think about is the mattress being quite old, older folks with back problems we had a hard time to sleep and wake up. Overall a great place. "

"The appartment is very spacy, clean, well equipped and also very cosy. Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. The garden is also very large and has a magnificent view on the lake and mountains."

"Well kept and equipped house with lovely garden for bbqs’s and relaxing in the evenings. Hosts Molly and Giovanni are very friendly and helpful. "

"The photos are accurate - this place is very comfortable with all amenities you would need and very clean, PLUS a fantastic view. The garden is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. Lauro and Manuela were always available and ready to help. But they also respect if you want to enjoy your quiet and relaxation. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Lauro and Manuela for such a pleasant stay!"

"The apartment has an amazing view and Alex was a great host. The apartment is on the East side of Lake Maggiore, for us this was not a problem as we like it quiet. We had a lovely week, thank you Alex."

"Directions to the unit were clear, we found the property easily. The 3 km road leading to it from the main road is incredibly narrow most of the time but even with traffic it is doable. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen items, washer, dishwasher. Our host even provided a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce and a bottle of wine. Wifi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. I can highly recommend this place to anyone."

"The only disappointing thing about our stay was leaving. Truly, this is a hidden gem. We enjoyed a magical vacation, and felt like we were in a dream in such a beautiful setting. Luca was AMAZING! So helpful and accommodating. We can’t recommend this vacation home strongly enough."

"A fantastic setting with views to spoil you forever. Clean and tidy house, however we encountered some issues. A shower had been removed from the top bathroom, which we were not informed about, making our stay difficult as we were two adult couples and all had to share a shower downstairs. The bathroom and second bedroom upstairs have limited head height and you will bump your head. The second bedroom is really only for children!! The bedroom doors are glazed with clear glass, we had to sticky...

"We stayed 4 nights but wished it had been longer. The villa is lovely with 180 degree views of the lake. It is very well equipped and has a comfortable king size bed. There are good restaurants nearby."

"Long weekend, two families with 4 children between 2-7. Pros Beautiful views Peaceful location Decent size bedrooms Cons Pool wasnt cleaned upon checkin Fridge had been switched off, not cold for food and drinks Property in generally a poor state - think we were the first in there in a while Oven kept tripping the power, so we couldnt use it Wifi code was wrong and took a few calls to get it working No chopping board for food preparation and generally poorly kitchen Cold tap not working in...

Nice Place - could do with a SPA Massage Menu

"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "
