"Staff were super friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent. The business center was great. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is close to everything. The facilities such as the gym and tennis courts were wonderful. I was on a short business trip, but will surely be back to this hotel soon upon my next visit to Riyadh."

My only advice to them is “real elegance is toning down the excessive quest to see if the guest is being well looked-after, at some point its just too much, too overbearing. Be inspired by the Japanese, “attention with discretion- that’s the golden standard”. In sum, tone it down a notch."
