"Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Only issue was I paid extra for a room with a balcony and I had to sign a waiver for them to unlock it for me. The balcony is tiny and the railing is less than 3ft (90cm) tall so I'm guessing at least one person has fallen over the side of it at some point. Other than that, had a great time!"

"The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they don’t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. "The room was nice and big , super clean . We even had a kitchen in the room , mini bar prices are very reasonable. The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from downtown by walking. We loved it ! Highly recommend."
