"Hotel in a great location for where we were going, lovely room very clean and comfy bed. We were woken at 5am by a door being slammed, then continually for the next few hours with doors slamming. Housekeeping were very loud in the corridor, even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. "

"Really good stay, comfortable bed. Only downside which is not the hotel's fault is that parents let their children run wild, knocking on doors and running away - shouting in the corridors - all of this after 11pm."

"This was a good functional stay. Room clean but dated. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom tired but clean. The spa was excellent. Staff could have been more cheerful. The fire alarm went off at 4 a.m.and as we prepared to leave our room it stopped. No one contacted us to reassure or apologise. We had breakfast. Very average and again, staff were scarce and not that cheerful. 'Sit where you like and help yourself; its through there '. We also stayed for dinner. Decent menu but food average....

"Lovely place, will definitely stay again. If you want luxury & silence in your room, this isn't the place for you but if you want somewhere clean with all the basics and friendly staff for an overnight stay this is perfect. We had a double room with ensuite, all clean, tidy and comfortable. It had all of the basics we needed for an overnight visit. The staff are all lovely and so helpful. If you don't fancy the stroll to the center there is a bus stop right outside or reception will call you a...
