"The house is perfect—so peaceful with stunning views from the entire property. It was like a warm bath for my soul. Saba is beautiful but not for the faint of heart. The hike up the mountain is so worth it but bring a hiking stick—when they say 1,000 trail stairs that’s real and most stairs start at your shins. I rented a car but if you don’t have a decent sense of direction and nerves of steel don’t bother. The road is well maintained but there are NO signs and the road is crazy steep with hairpin turns. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The grocery stores have minimal offerings bring your own coffee if that’s your thing.I’d go back just to say at the house."

"Excellent place to stay for a family with kids. The pool was perfect for the kids to use up some energy. And cool off after a hike or walking the hills. The beautiful breeze that enters the main bedroom is amazing and little need for the ac to be on. Will definitely recommend to others."

"Golden rock is a beautiful property relatively new. Quality of construction is excellent. Rooms large and comfortable with terraces with wonderful views of the sea and the property. Staff is always cheerful and responsive. Food is excellent and plentiful. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing respite "

"The people of Saba are very friendly. This location has many fantastic restaurant choices within a short walk. Our host Jeffery was wonderful. Very helpful. Because he lives next door he's always available. The cottage was roomy for the 2 of us. WiFi worked great and there's plenty of electrical outlets (American Style 110 volt). I can say enough nice things about this rental."
