"This was our first visit to Nevis was it was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the island, the people, the food, and especially this house. What a find! The location was awesome - a nice quiet area with the beach as the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty big for our family of six. "Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. He arranged for our trip to Nevis and made sure we were looked after. We even got a tour of the marketplace. We felt like family. This place was...

"If you are planning on visiting St Kitts & want a quiet location with wonderful views, stay here! From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. The on-site property manager called us when they had a tropical storm roll through so we had up-to-date warnings. Also, the official “make the guests welcome” cat made our stay...

Turtle Beach was not for us and we didn't snorkel or hang out there, we preferred Cockleshell beach as the beach is wider, water better suited for kids...

"Amazing Family Vacation! Wow! All would could say pulling up to Rick and Penny’s property. Views are stunning! Looked exactly as pictured in the listing. What an amazing 8 nights at the Ocean Song Villa! My wife and I along with our three kids (ages 9-17) loved our week on the island. Rick and Penny provided a handbook of instructions from getting a rental car on the island to groceries, restaurants, excursions, beaches, etc. Franklyn, property manager, was there to greet us at the property...

"We had a conference at the Marriott which was less than a 10min walk away. A small grocery was right next to the property office, and a larger one on the way to the Marriott. Lovely little coffee and breakfast place next door. The Strip is nearby and if you have a car rental the entrance to the peninsula is down the street which leads to beaches and beach bars aplenty! The grounds here are beautiful and the pool is great too!"

"My husband and I went for a week, first time on St. Kitts. The Island is beautiful and Seas the Moment is too. I wasn’t familiar with the Island or exactly where we were in relation to the restaurants, beaches, etc. I am so thankful that we stayed on the Southeast side out of town. The best beaches are on this end, several restaurants to choose from as well. We would go have breakfast, sightseeing, relax on the beach or float in the ocean. It was extremely nice at the end of the day to go back...
