"The Long house is paradise found! My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this beautiful home. It begins with an elegant stone entry and big doors that open to gardens and sky. The next thing you see is a glowing infinity pool and then the view that goes out across inlets of sea, lush green hills and big sky view. I often found myself standing on the veranda and just looking, the changing sky here is a show in itself. The kitchen opens to the outdoors and living space, every wall in this house opens...

"Grounds and pool are week kept. Quiet. All staff are friendly and courteous which spills over to the guests .Can walk down to the beach which is about 10 minutes but uphill to come back. Okay if you are in shape. Like most places in Antigua , sidewalks are not the norm but you can navigate just like the locals. Each cottage is spacious with a roomy loft . Nice and bright. Some restaurants close by if you don't want to cook. Fine Italian restaurant is across the street and another fine...

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"This was a lovely stay! We chose it for the price & location being right in the middle of the island and only about 20 minutes in any direction to any of the harbors, etc. They are very kind, very clean & it's peaceful in the 'country' there. The bed was comfy but both of our backs hurt after staying in it for a couple nights, so that's why I rated comfort a 4/5 but overall I would highly recommend!"

"If you want a beautifully landscaped accommodation with direct access to the beach for a truly relaxing time away from home, this is it. The living room/kitchen, bath and bedroom are neat and clean. All employees are very friendly and helpful. The large pool is maintained regularly and so are the grounds. There are also nice restaurants just steps away on the beach.Our only disappointment was that we planned to use the grill one night to make dinner but it would not work despite Edwin's attempts...

"Loved the Villa. Our only problem was driveway was made for golf cart, but we worked around that. Lovely breezes at night, did not need ac. Jilly Richards was a wonderful host and kept up with us and our needs. Jeanette came and plugged in our WiFi, which we had neglected to notice the plug. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store."

Once at the property Nair and Shaneka looked after us splendidly. Whilst I loved waking up to the sun rising, some of my keener sleepers in the group would have loved the opportunity to have blackouts on windows and door to balcony. Thanks to everyone involved with Fort Shelley for making my family stay so enjoyable. "

"The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the beaches and water are among the most beautiful I have seen. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend Coco's and plan on returning. One side note, take the steep incline throughout the resort seriously, it was no joke."

A Wonderful Trip To Paradise

"The resort is lovely and convenient to the airport. The staff (everyone) are very friendly and accommodating. We booked an Ocean Front Junior Suite and we could not have asked for anything more. The hotel has restaurants on sight and there are many close by. We also enjoyed spending the day at Prickly Pear Island. We were very happy with our stay!"

"Peninsula location with ocean side for the adventurous (we snorkelled twice off the beach) and the calmer bay side with water sports and lots of loungers and shade. Snorkel tour was good despite not going to Green Island due to rough conditions. Staff were great, we will return."

"It was the most relaxing holiday we have had. Staff were excellent, cheerful and very helpful. Lovely surroundings. A shuttle bus to and from the nearby beach. The restaurant was excellent, the four course menus for both lunch and dinner were varied, very well prepared, and presented. "
