"This is a good business hotel frequented by Japanese clientele for many years. While many foreign tourists have come to it in recent months, it caters far more to locals, and does that very well. It is a good JR property. Clean. Well managed, very professional. The area is decidedly not touristy, and that also has appeal to many. Anyway, transit in Tokyo is second to none; everything of need is 20 minutes away at most. All in all, an excellent hotel for the price point."

Close to the train station and family mart across the street. They had a great area of toiletries and coffee/teas you could help yourself to if you so wish.
