"The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "

"We appreciated the affordable stay in cabins overlooking the canyon. An easy 90 minute hike along the rim got us to the park with more views. As well, a 5 min walk a paragliding location. For those without vehicles, we could access public transportation to Aratoca then hire a taxi. Enrique arranged a ride back to the highway where we waved down a bus. "The owner does not speak English and I don't speak Spanish but we managed. She gave a brief tour of the property when we arrived. The only air conditioned room is the main bedroom. The apartment itself was immaculate and showed pride of ownership. It is on the 10th floor and felt private.The on site security was excellent.If you are looking for an out of the way place while in Bucaramanga, you won't be disappointed. "
