"Stuff at the hotel is very friendly and really trying to help! I had a stomach pain, and they remembered coming to check on me, and sending me gingers(I requested) etc. Also love their breakfast buffet, lots of good options! The location's great too, it's not in the old town, so not that noisy. Only takes 20 mins to get to the main plaza, safe & walkable. "

"I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"Our stay at Casa Esmerelda was great - it felt like home away from home. The hotel is lovely - extremely clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. And most of all, the staff are very kind, thoughtful and helpful. We’ll miss the amazing people at Casa Esmerelda and would definitely return if we visit Cusco again. Highly recommend!"
