"We arrived and the power was off due to the flooding that area received in the past few days. However the young lady at the desk did everything in her power to accommodate us. She went ahead and let us in the room where we could at least stretch out on the bed and once power was restored she made our room keys. I didn’t get her name but I definately think she is an OUTSTANDING employee!! "

"Decent downtown location made it easy to walk to Beale street, FedEx Forum, and the baseball diamond. Room was pretty good had some hard water and rust stains in shower and the carpet was older but i guess they are replacing it soon. Solid time. 3.5 out of 5 stars"

"Went for a 4 night stay with the wife. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to Beale St. and downtown attractions. Nice lobby and coffee all day. Breakfast was so so. Happy with my stay. Would recommend "
