"Hemos reservado la casa para un grupo de 12 personas y la estancia ha sido increíble. La casa es preciosa y dispone de todo, son dos plantas perfectamente equipadas cada una de ellas. Marta está atenta del whatsap en todo momento y no nos ha faltado de nada. Está ubicada a menos de 2 minutos del monasterio y tienes la plaza del pueblo nada más salir de casa. Nos vamos muy contentos y recomendamos la casa a todo el mundo."

"As we were just a couple staying we only had the smaller part of the home, but it was clean and well presented with nice touches like fresh flowers and a plate of the most amazing tasting tomatoes we have ever had the pleasure of eating, plus another large bag full of these gorgeous rustic home grown delights handed to us by the owner on arrival, who introduced us to his lovely parents as well. The surrounding area is quite stunning, particularly if you arrive from the North via the mountain...

"Not a large room but very pleasant decor. Quite well located and even though room faced the main street it was not noisy. The light on the exit sign in the room was surprisingly bright. Parking as usual in Spanish cities was problem though since their car park had no spaces remaining."

"Great rooms and a better location for walking around the old city. It was close to the main two bar/restaurant streets, which is very convenient for any foodie."

"We arrived in the middle of a major "El Cid" medieval festival in Burgos. The city was amazing, especially Burgos Cathedral. The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning. I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5."

"Bungalow nuevo y muy comodo. Lugar espectacular. Las excursiones y la actividad de noche de estrella con el guia Diego es super-recomendable. Ideal para familia."

"Comunication with the host was terrible . No internet in the property. The place is new but need a lot of cleaning."

"Estuvimos una semana en un bungalows de los pequeños sin cocina. Se les ve trotados por los años, pero aun así estuvimos muy agusto, calidad precio bien. El restaurante pone buen menú,comimos los tres primeros dias, dejamos de ir por el trato recibido por uno de los camareros."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Burgos property. We were a group of 5 and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the garage was a real plus. The neighbourhood is great; a wonderful coffee shop for breakfast nearby and supermarket just 2 streets away. Our Spanish is terrible but the owner’s English speaking young son was on hand to greet us and get us settled. There is no wifi which is a drawback. Despite that we would definitely recommend."

Great staff and facilities

"Staff were amazing, we took our dog with us and they had provided a food and water bowl and a may for him to sleep on, plus the grounds were a great place to walk our dog. It had underground charging facility, which allowed for a full charge overnight."

Great location, great staff!

"From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful. The woman on reception was such a great help, very welcoming and took time to explain everything. Breakfast was delicious with everything replenished at speed by the waiter. Check out was also very quick. Would definitely return. Hotel is in a great location by the Cathedral and has parking."

Wonderful experience

"We absolutely loved it. The every single member of staff we met were really friendly and helpful - the bar is absolutely amazing, the food was excellent- the room was beautiful- nothing whatsoever to complain about - and to top it off - the price was below expectations- we will be back "
