"The property was nice. The only things I hope they improve over time are the bathrooms and the gate to the property. The bathrooms have concrete on the floor and in the walls. The gate a process to keep up with and not very friendly with late night returns and if someone visits and leaves late. Overall the stay was nice. niceand leaves late. "

"My family stayed at Kennington mansion for a family event- celebration of life. The house is as pictured only better. It’s beautiful and homey at the same time. Everyone in our family loved it. We had people from all over the US- trust me it’s a real treat. It’s like a luxury property. Book there now because once it catches on the price us definitely going up!!"

"The property was very nice and secluded. The grounds are well kept. It was easy to find, but we are also familiar with the area. Our family had a great time for the weekend. Our only complaint is the coffee maker is broken and there was not any useable wood to make a fire. "It was a great place to stay, a good location and very accessible. I was able to communicate with the host very easily. My only concern was the cleanliness of the bed spreads. The sheets were irritable to my skin hence there were sightings of hair and little spots and the blankets and covers did not smell fresh or clean. "

"We were looking for somewhere really close to the Baptist hospital so we could walk back and forth to visit my father, who was in the hospital for 2 weeks, 3 hours away from where we live. It was a quick 6 min walk past newer restaurants. Seemed like a nice, safe area. This VRBO was older, but very clean, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated being able to do laundry and having a kitchen. The hosts were quick to respond to our requests to extend our stay. We will definitely...

"Our stay was great! The property is affordable and private. We had to clean the property upon arrival but we would have done that anyway. Overall a nice place, the property owner responded timely to requests and we were able to have a nice last family dinner together for a while. Thank you!"

"The property was very clean. The location was very close to several restaurants and and shopping. We arrived late in the evening and Jaz was at the front desk - he was so friendly and welcoming and explained to us all about the property. He gave us the number to reach him and told us if we needed anything at all to give him a call. One of the best check-in experiences I've ever had. Would most definitely stay here again."
