"If you stay more then one nite no maid service. Other then that parking was difficult but comfortable bed,relatively quite I give 3 outta 5.."

"I wish I’d gotten the name of the wonderful young lady at the checkin counter. She was very pleasant and personable even informing me that they offer CDL discounts. I’ll keep that in mind the next time I find myself using a Fairfield Inn. There was a nice note of greeting in our room from the staff. A nice unexpected touch. The lady who does the breakfast area was particularly outstanding. She had some spinach quiche on the hot bar that was delicious. When that ran out she came by to let us know...

"I arrived early at the hotel. I traveled with a friend for a business function. My room was available. Yay! I was going to spend the afternoon reading with a glass of wine. Paige, the agent at the desk, turned on the fire pit, found me a corkscrew and was so personable. We decided to have a drink at the bar and the bartender was so friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. I will stay here any time I am in Tyler, TX. "
