"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"We went there after booking and the owner even did'nt know we are going to arrive that saturday. She had to clean the sheets and the ONLY room that was available . There was NO kitchen, she was putting an outdoor kitchen next to a garden beautiful on the pictures, but its stinks to gasoline from an outboardmotor in an old oilcan. IF she had people in the second bedroom, you had to share the "beautiful view" bathroom. This is NOT what enlisted on the webpage from homeaway. We don't stay there...

"Gem of a property in the city centre. Very clean, modern and has all the amenities. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Round the corner from restaurants and other eateries and supermarkets! Amazing experience. Loved it. "

"The Gallery in the Garden is a beautiful family run hotel living up to its name as it has its own private swimming pool in a secluded garden full of plumb, apple, pear, fig and peach trees. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and hold everything you need for your stay. I am happy to recommend this hotel."

"Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt; die Sonnenaufgänge sind wirklich grandios, dafür kann man schon mal früh aufstehen. Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Leider kann man im See nicht baden, aber die Umgebung ist sehr sehens- und erlebenswert, vor allem natürlich die Rhodopenbahn und die kleinen Gemüsestände an den Straßen. "Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room. "

"Amazing hotel. Perfect location. The stay gives you the feeling to be part of the history and Plovdiv. The great excursion possibility to explore a historic romanian bath under the hotel is amazing and makes the hotel absolutely special. For me the best hotel in Plovdiv."
