"Great place to stay if heading to Selwyn snowfields. Property has all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay (wash and dryer), wifi, loads of kitchen appliances, towels. What makes this place a 5/5 is the thoughtfulness in providing plenty of paper hand towels, tea towels, bath towels, toilet paper and fire starter and matches for fireplace. "This hotel was fine It was good having a microwave Shower worked well Television set up was confusing and time consuming Even when reception staff had come to the room to explain everything (and I had written it down) it took some time each time I wanted to stream from Stan and things had to be done in a certain order or they just didn't work Would have like to turn off airconditioner at night or at least turn it down below 19 degrees"

"Apartments looking tired with dated shower in need of revamp especially. Yes currently surrounded by construction but didn’t bother us. Still a great location for quick travels around city sights. Staff average along with rooms. Convenient parking onsite. "

"The view shown in photo on this site has a great view facing south over lake. The room i was given faced west to a communications tower. Facing the afternoon sun it would have been uncomfortably hot given theres no air conditioning. Thankfully when I complained they gave me a better room - like the picture"

"Highly recommend! We travel a lot and prefer luxury stays, and this was the best place we have stayed at! The decor, the thoughtful layouts, everything was so easy to find, management were so great at communication. Great for dogs. It is so clean and comfortable! I’m allergic to a lot of scents, and also vegan, and they went above and beyond for us. All the products beautiful. The facilities are all high quality. "

Keep it a secret please dont tell everyone

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The staff were friendly and accommodating they even have a golf cart that can take you up to your room if you're lazy The land that the villas sit on is gorgeous and breathtaking lots of bunny rabbits and kangaroos around the property lots of things for the kids to do play areas why would you want to stay anywhere else oh and the pool area is to die for I plan to fill up the 190 villas with my friends by 2026 and book alivio out for 2 weeks in the off peak season of course I'm not a greedy bum."
