Any time I called for something, they had it sent to the room within minutes — it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Even after we checked out, they let us use a shower room so we could freshen up before our flight, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole experience felt smooth and relaxed, and everyone we spoke to made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re coming to Santorini, I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. "From the moment we arrived until departure, we were so impressed by the warm and welcoming nature of all the staff. Lia, in the suites reception was incredibly attentive and professional and we appreciate everything she did for us. She is a credit to the hotel!! Our room was very spacious and the comfortable bed offered a perfect nights sleep after a day of exploring. Lovely variety of breakfast choices and great location - close to some great restaurants. The cleanliness of the steam room and jacuzzi in the spa weren’t too great but overall all other facilities were fantastic! "

"Beautiful hotel. Numerous pools, restaurants and facilities to enjoy. The staff are the absolute stars- so accomodating, warm and welcoming from the moment we entered til the time to check out! Rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. Stunning sea views. Food from Comus and Baladaya were delicious! Amazing resort but can be a bit noisy due to the aircraft’s landing overhead! Besides that a great place to stay and especially if you like to party! "

"Perfect location for some R &R. Spectacular scenic view. Choice of several pools and the beaches. Public bus to Rhodes Old Town, just out side the hotel makes transportation easy, several good restaurants with walking distance. Staff were very friendly, and buffet breakfast very tasty. Definitely would stay again if we were in Rhodes. "
