"Loved this place. Staff was the nicest staff I’ve ever had at a hotel and the place was super cute and unique. Had a very tropical vibe to it and I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area again. Only issue is no elevator but the staff was happy to carry our bags up to our rooms and back down when we checked out so it wasn’t a big deal. Wonderful place to stay!"

"Hotel is nice and clean, with good food available from the buffet. However, there are extra costs, such as sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas on the beach even for hotel guests. "

"The service was ok but I had higher expectations. There was no iron and iron board. Breakfast was ok but no options for vegans. The taxi from the hotel to the airport was 130 Euro. This was not an independent taxi company but a service from the hotel. Staff, especially at breakfast can’t speak English. So my experience was rather disappointing. "

Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. "Amazing pool areas, relaxing and quiet hotel. Good breakfast, freshly cooked eggs was nice touch. Clean rooms, but pathways to pool could have been better maintained. Would have preferred if hotel was dog free as well as adults only! Lovely surrounding areas to visit, need a car as hotel is quite remote, unless you just want to stay at the hotel all day & evening "

"Great location, love the easy access to beautiful beaches! Great hospitality from the staff. We did have to change rooms as we spent our first night in a room with damn and mold problems. They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for. "

"A beautiful hotel. Dining in the hotel is very expensive. While the effort of fine dining is a plus, an alternative cheaper option could be provided. Overall the hotel is great. The pool could do with a refresh. "
