"As others have written, this house is incredible. No matter what the weather is, the view of the water cannot be beat. Plenty to do here and also easy to just relax.House was cleanest of any house I've rented. Donna (previsit) and Rhonda (on island) communicate well and help with anything we needed.If you're thinking about renting this house, definitely do it!"

"What a wonderful home and kind, caring and compassionate home owner.From the moment we arrived in Spanish Wells at the harbor Rachel, the homeowner was there waiting for us with our rental golf cart.She escorted us to Sanctuary Cottage and gave us a tour of house and we were blown away by the beauty.It is even better than the pictures. Well appointed, clean and comfortable.Great location, close to the beach, and other activities.Rachel was just the most attentive hostess and so helpful.She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.I would highly recommend a stay at Sanctuary Cottage"

"We stayed there the week of Superbowl & Valentines. There is a restaurant attached and they had all kinds of special events for the occasion. Its family owned and was really nice every morning when we got back from a run we were able to talk with the owner Tiffany. Tiffany is very kind & helpful. "

"Everyone was friendly the only bad thing was there are roosters in the area that make a lot of noise, but it is everywhere on this island having nothing to do with the hotel."

"Perfect setting for a quiet secluded couples getaway. A little far from many of the restaurants but the quiet, peacefulness of the private cove is perfect for relaxing and recharging. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. From Brandi picking us up at the dock to take us to the house to April replacing the golf cart flat tire within an hour and we were back in business. We also enjoyed a half day on Tyman Charters. Got along great with the captain."

"House location was great, but of course you’re not far from anything on Spanish Wells. The beach view, the back deck and the beach itself is phenomenal. Could not ask for a better beach, especially at low tide with a huge sandbar out in front. The layout of the home is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed every day. Would definitely go back. Also a shout out to Captain Roy for a great day of sightseeing on the ocean and Captain Underwood for great fishing."

"Sandy & Salty is a perfect place for 2 couples. The view is spectacular and the home has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The location is close to everything!The beds are comfortable add the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed playing the games inside and loved the comfy Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges for the beach. Thank you JoAnne for making us feel at home!Can’t wait to come back!"
