"The staff gave me a free upgrade to one of the rooms that I booked which was nice however they made me and my family to wait for 2 hours for other room after checkins time so we were able to check in by 4 pm. Good that we were able to wait in the first room till they sort the second room for us. However overall property condition was good enough. They could provide bare minimum services though such as don’t ask customers to takeout rubbish and put on the dishwasher. This is what a house keeper...

"The property was in a great position for China Town, the Greek quarter and for Melbourne Museum.There is a bus stop in front, or the free tram about a 5minute walk from property allowing for easy access to the city and Docklands. "I visited from the US, so as I was getting acquainted with the change of schedule - I had a couple of late nights. there was always staff available to greet me as I returned from wandering around or coming back in from a bite. very hospitable. super close to fun sites, the city was easy to navigate. when I return (which is inevitable as I’ve fallen in love with Melbourne) I will most definitely be booking with Oaks on William"

"Level 50 - amazing views- great staff - compact apartment- good cooking appliances but unfortunately nothing provided to enable to use microwave as all pots etc S steel ??? Great elec oven & gas cooktop- 2 seater sofa for 2bed apartment?? "The Langham is a magnificent hotel and the staff are brilliant . Unfortunately a building next door is being demolished and the resulting noise is very annoying ( started drilling at 7.25am finished at 5.25pm. The hotel staff tried their best but the noise is a big problem . However it won’t stop us staying there in future "
