"Overall we had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Thyholm. The property was easy to access and well equipped, and it is clear that the owners love their place. There was a lot of personal things there like photos, shoes etc, which was a bit quirky. Positive stand outs was the kids' swing and the "secret table", toys/games for the kids accessible to use, lovely fireplace and plenty of space. The use of bikes in the shed was a super bonus especially for cyclng to the John Wayne Bar ( live music on a Thursday). The furniture was dated especially after learning there are other units that are more modern and well kept. The bed was very uncomfortable being low in the middle. "Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit viel Ruhe trotz Hochsaison. Es kommen natürlich Spaziergänger vorbei, da der Wanderweg direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. Der Strand ist Kieselstrand mit viel trockenem Seetang, etwa 500 m entfernt gibt es aber einen Steg. Das Ferienhaushausgebiet ist sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen."

"Das Ferienhaus in Spottrup ist wunderschön gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Am nahen Strand bauten wir Sandburgen, fanden viele Muschen und beobachteten beim Schnorcheln Krebse, Seesterne und Fische. Den Aussenbereich und das Trampolin genossen wir sehr. Die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung der Küche war dürftig, aber wir fanden uns zurecht. Unsere Ferien in Spottrup waren wunderschön."

"Also.... Umgebung im grossen gesehen, super! Aber rund ums Haus eine Katastrophe! Gras im Garten nicht gemäht, Sitzplatz ohne Stühle, die angepriesene Dachterasse schmutzig, keine Mückengitter oder Klimaanlage, war im oberen Stock stickig heiss und bei offenen Fenstern voller Mücken. Küchengeräte schmuddelig. Das Sofa im Erdgeschoss stammt wohl aus der Zeit von.... sorry, geht gar nicht! Das Haus wäre in gepflegtem Zustand ein wahres Schmuckstück. Das Bad und um den Tischgtennistisch herum wurde...

"Nie wieder Novasol das schlechteste Haus in 25 Jahren ,das Dach defekt ,die Terasse nicht geschlossenen obwohl es da stand ,das Haus ust ist für 8 Personen, aber es gab auf der Terrasse und am Esstisch nur 6 Stühle,im Aussenbereich der abgezäunte Bereich war wirklich umzäunt aber die Pforte war kaputt und es war ungemäht mit Riesen Disteln.Das Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde allerdings zügig behoben. Das Badezimmer und das Sofa sehr abgeranzt."

Ich möchte Ihnen kurz einige Punkte mitteilen & ich hoffe sehr dass Sie diese vll. für die nächsten Besucher verbessern könnten. 1. Mangelhafte Sauberkeit ( Schimmel unter den Matratzen, Stockflecken an Decken, Spinnweben…) 2. unzureichende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 3. Kaputte Geräte (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine kippt beim Beladen von Geschirr nach vorne…) und mangelhafte Wartung ( Terrasse & Garten...
