"We traveled about 3 hours for a trip to Mayberry with our 5 year old and in-laws. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. The house is in a great location. It is a short drive to everything. "

"On vacation, we don't like to have to drive. This house is within walking distance to everything. (But still offers the peace and quiet that we like) The property was clean, safe location, well maintained and the house has been given that personal touch to make sure the guests are comfortable. We've stayed in lots of "for rent by owner" and this is the top by far. Dedicated driveway, comfortable outdoor lounging area with grill and the inside offers so many comforts. "This location was so beautiful and was perfect for our kids (ages 6 and 9). We enjoyed hearing the stream and the fire, laying in the hammocks, exploring the creek, and watching the horses. The hosts were very attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance."

"Beautiful Chalet. Very clean with a gorgeous view of a small valley with tennis court and pond. We witnessed several deer visiting the pond. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting this property again. "
