"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Longyearbyen! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, with breathtaking views of the snowy mountains right outside the window. The heating worked perfectly, keeping the room cozy and warm, which was a huge plus in this Arctic setting. The common areas were inviting and cozy, and the restaurant was undoubtedly the best spot for enjoying the stunning mountain views. The breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend their food—especially the crab. Whether for lunch or dinner, the crab dishes were the best I’ve had in Longyearbyen! Another highlight was their cocktails—I absolutely loved them! A perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. If you’re visiting Longyearbyen, this hotel is a must-stay!"

"The property was nice. Easy to get to and the staff are accommodating. We got two rooms with 2 beds. They are big enough for two people and baggage in each room. The bathrooms are shared in the hallways. Each bathroom is private and has a shower. Very clean and warm during the cold winter. Never had issues waiting for the bathroom. There were 4 bathrooms on each floor. The main building had a bar and a lounge to hang out in. Tea, coffee and water offered all day for free. Would stay here again. "
