"Room is clean and look new. Like the bath tub that can be filled up quickly within 3 mins. Like the warm water outdoor pools, there are many pools that can accommodate many at one time. The breakfast is sumptuous and impressive with abundance of variety of foods, and the taste is good. Unfortunately, I checked in late, did not have time to experience the roof top onsen."

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location adjacent to the main terminal. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast a bit overpriced for you get. The service girl came over several times to inform us our meal was not included in the room price and we had to pay in the middle of our meal which was a bit strange. Main complaint was the dark lighting throughout the hotel which made it very difficult to navigate for my elderly mother with poor eyesight. Not sure if they’re going for...
