"I like that the room was extremely clean and the staff were always friendly and ready to help in anything I needed. The area is one of the best in Tampico and the hotel has a very nice pool. I didn’t like that there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage through the stairs. Also; the washroom has only half a glass door and it is very small and you need to be careful not to get everything wet when you are taking a shower.
