"Big Cedar Lodge has accommodations for any family/group size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They truly try to have entertainment for kids to adults. Food was delicious at the restaurants that we went to. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want to be."

"This place was awesome , we got the villa with the jet tub and fire place . It was amazing , the beds were super comfortable slept like a baby . It was quiet ! Kid friendly , the pool was amazing my kids loved the water slide . And I loved the two hot tubs! They were even passing out popsicles at the pool for the kids . Such a great place to stay with your kids ! The ONLY NEGATIVE thing I have to say is the little money scheme they try to sucker you into at the front desk when you check in . Don’t do it ! We were told it was just a 2 hour tour of the property and we would receive 2 flight tickets and two night stay at a hotel in Vegas . Then said for just answering our phone to confirm our tour we would get a $100 visa gift card . We did answer phone and confirmed but never received our gift card . And then when we got there for our tour , we then shortly found out it wasn’t a tour they were trying to get us to buy a time share . We were never told it was about time shares . I got pissed and left . They lie just to get you in there to sell you stuff . "

"Everything was good but the window in our room was kind of broken and therefore we were able to hear the wind from the inside. Also we went to have dinner and took forever before they set us. It seems that they need more staff because the same person that was siiting people was also being the cashier at the cafe shop. Overall a great experience "
