The property was very reasonably priced and was very very conveniently located to Battery Point, Salamanca Place, Sandy Bay shopping district & the Hobart CBD. A pleasure to stay there. Our room met our expectations in every way. We have had criticisms of other properties we have stayed on our Tasmanian holiday but not this property. Highly recommended."

"I chose this property due to its proximity to places of interest at the Hobart waterfront. It is only about 150 metres from Salamanca shopping / eating precinct and a similar distance to the wharf area. There are plenty of historic places around Battery point , which is well worth visiting. I would definitely recommend this establishment."

"From the time we arrived the staff were attentive, polite quick and all around on the ball. The property was quiet and clean, comfortable and just as pictured. I have only one criticism, and its a problem Australia wide, we are a race of beer drinkers yet a fully equipped kitchen came with red wine, champagne and whiskey glasses. No tumblers, beer glasses or similar. Why do we always forget the Aussies in aussie accomodation? "

"Walking distance to everywhere. Plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious, not modern but has everything you need and price appropriate. All apartments have perfect view of Launceston. Would definitely stay here again "
