"They gave us a free upgrade as we were there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The people were nice and helpful. I had an issue with our safe they fixed it right away. I was able to wash clothes a few times hitch was needed. The view was great. Loved the heated towel bar. Great storage. We used the dishwasher which was great."

"Stayed at the broken wharf with 7 others during our family trip to England and we all loved it. The rooms were the perfect size and had kitchens which allowed us to be able to cook our own food. The staff were friendly and the building is located right next to the millennium bridge which is perfect if you’re a fan of walking because you can easily access both sides of the river thames. If I ever go to London again I’ll be staying here. "

"I would really recommend the Cove. We were welcomed by the friendly reception member, Christian, who resolved a slight issue we had. He was a great ambassador for the venue. The studio was well equipped, clean, in a great location near the CW pier and stations, plus all the shops and restaurant bars which CW offers. A great value stay."

"Hotel is situated in a good location at Holborn and is about 2 mins walk from the Holborn metro station. There are many shops, marts, gym and eateries around the vicinity. I booked an executive studio room which comes with kitchenette, private bathroom and comfortable bed. Hotel staff were very helpful and approachable. There is a small gym within the hotel at level one. Hotel breakfast is charged at GBP15 per pax. "

"It was a great little boutique hotel. A nice little one bedroom, with a full kitchen well stocked. We had a separate entrance we could use that entered right to the elevator. The staff was very quick to help or respond to something. We were a few blocks away from St. Paul's Cathedral, a walk across the bridge to the other side of the Thames and amazing restaurants. Close enough to everything, including the Tube without being right in the middle of it. Loved it!!! "

"The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"
