"Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. "

"Being from So Bflo, I knew that the houses where a bit dated, however, this apartment was was modern and up to date. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. "Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!"
