"They made accommodations for my mother-in-laws wheelchair by providing a small ramp to enter the chalet. Everything was clean and well kept. It was easy getting assistance during business hours. It was well worth the money for the six days we were there. "

"It appeared that the property was in the midst of serious room renovation. The sink, fixtures, bed and flooring appeared relatively new. The housekeeping however, left a lot to be desired. The AC and windowsills were very dirty. There was some trash under the bed. It worked for a 1 night stay, but not sure I'd return unless the cleanliness improved."

"This hotel is by far our favorite, we will be rebooking in the future. The location is convenient to shops and dinning. The room was so clean & inviting. We very much appreciated the small snack & water offerings, the wine glasses to use after we bought wine while going tasting in the local area. The separate shower was clean, large, great water pressure & stayed hot. We also really liked the “contactless” check in & check out. Like I said, we will absolutely be rebooking and have told many of our friends to book The Benjamin! "
