"The property is brand new and clean, which was nice but the free breakfast was bad and virtually gone by 9:15 (even though it was supposed to run until 10 am). Just fyi, expected better for the $ we paid. "

"Stayed one night in a suite , was excellent, main thing for me is that it was so quiet ,and spacious, bed comfort was perfect, only thing I would suggest is a mat when you come in the room to wipe off wet feet and put your shoes on ,was cold and snowy and would track in the ice melt that was put down , overall a 10 I would definitely spend the extra monies for the suitecant wait to return "

"Hotel Champlain is amazing. The staff is incredible/ always there for their guests. The Mini-Suite was great - no neighbors. (Lol) Fresh coffee beans and sparking water station was right outside our room. Stayed here and before and will be back! Amazing place - great location. Outstanding team! "
