"Fantastic hotel, perfectly located a 5 minute easy walk to Murdoch train and bus station, with great service from staff, especially at breakfast.  Room very quiet, with modern design meaning the aircon is virtually silent in the room but works fantastically.  Breakfast option with the room outstanding value, with quality food cooked perfectly and delivered by polite and friendly staff.  Improvements - the in-room fridge temperature is pre-set and cannot be changed, but was set to about 6 Celcius...

"It does the job: the shower was excellent, the beds were comfy, the room was big enough and the tv was good too. Only negative was the stains on the curtains and the slightly outdated carpeting "
