"The staff is very kind on site, albeit quite young as a whole. (as is the clientele - we didn't see many guests or staff over 35). The staff prior to checking in is extremely difficult to reach and is unhelpful. "Cute set up with free standing units that each have 4 separate units. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy on and off from the interstate 84. There’s a surprisingly great diner in walking distance. One negative… no soap in the bathroom! And no dish detergent in the kitchen. We thought this was just a housekeeping mistake but we were traveling with friends and they also didn’t have soap! Strange. "

"This hotel is super convenient when visiting New Paltz. Right off the Thruway and 5 minutes from town. Very affordable, comfortable and clean. Staff is awesome. They text with reservation reminders and you can text back and they answer right away. Nice little breakfast in the lobby. Overall, pleasant. Thank you again."
