"I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates...

"We had a lovely stay with everything we could possibly need available and handy. Affordable public transportation is easily accessed from this Hamilton Heights hideaway. The weather was a bit too chilly and windy to use the backyard patio, but we look forward to returning to this same rental during warmer weather. A GEM!! but"

"This 2 bedroom apartment was as accurate as the posting! Cute and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a couple-day stay in the city. Check in process was straightforward, close to subway lines for convenience. The host was very responsive if we needed anything! Located inside an apartment building so be sure to be respectful and considerate of the other tenants."

"Clean and modern. Neighborhood as we expected. Communication with the owner was challenging - did not receive any check-in info despite multiple Vrbo messages. I reached out by phone and text 4 hours before check-in and finally got a response"

"A fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, local bars, and many good eats. Host Liron and his assistant, Rain was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"great apartment, bedroom is NOT separated from living room lounge area. Parking is not easy peasy but there are spots within a block or 2 no worries. Noise from people staying in unit above this one can a bit jarring, especially if you are on different schedules, we worked it out no problem. Decent pizza and latin food just around the corner."

"This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "This was my second time staying at the Opera House. The property was very quiet, clean and the rooms and bathroom were spacious. They offered continental breakfast (mostly grab & go items) as well as free luggage storage (if you need it). If you have a vehicle, parking is very limited on site (first come first serve basis). There is a Dunkin Donuts directly across the street. Overall, great experience!"
