"House was perfect for our needs. Very friendly owner, had everything ready when we got there and some. 3 couples just getting away from kids for a night to hang out, house was perfect. We had no complaints, and actually have plans to rent again when the weather is a bit nicer."

All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. "We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!"
