"It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. The shower and outhouse were close enough that it wasn’t far during the night to go. The tent had cots (we used our blow up mattresses) they seemed comfy when we laid on them. The tent was a good...

"Booked this location for a last minute trip to Cooperstown and was very happy with the decision. A beautiful property in a very peaceful area. The entire upstairs (kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and main bedroom) looked entirely brand new. A nice large outdoor deck with seating to enjoy. Nice walking trails and we even woke up to a couple of deer eating fallen apples from the tree about 20 feet from the house."

"I guess I misread the listing because I thought we had rented a house! It was a dorm room so was not what we expected. However, it was clean and ended up working out ok."
