"I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had our annual retreat at the house — it slept 19 comfortably. The huge table is great for games, and the open floor plan is great for a big group. The bears and other stuffed heads add some flavor, for sure. We loved the foosball and hockey and video games downstairs, and the hot tub was great after skiing Holiday Valley. We would definitely do it again! "

"Myself and three friends stayed here from a Friday to a Sunday for an event in Jamestown. The neighborhood is in a great location and is about a 4 minute drive from downtown. Very close to everything. The house itself is very clean and there are lots of Lucille Ball memorabilia to discover throughout. There is a nice back patio which we unfortunately were not able to enjoy since we stayed during a winter weather advisory with lots of snow. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking...

We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! "Booked this gem a month or so out and was absolutely impressed with the home. Kris was awesome! I texted her a couple times with simple questions and she called me within 5 minutes every time. She is great! My son also left his hat at the house and she found it and is shipping it to me. Home is VERY clean and felt brand new. It was our first time staying off the lake so we werent sure if we would like it. Loved the walking distance to the Golf Club for dinner and into Bemus for fun. Neighborhood...

"This beautiful log chalet provided the perfect setting for our family ski vacation. The home was clean with quality linens and a well-appointed kitchen, and it was close to town and the slopes. The layout worked well for our family of 8 adults plus an infant and toddler- there was space for everyone. The hot tub was much appreciated après-ski!The host was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this lovely chalet and would stay here again on our next visit to Ellicottville."

The host goes out of their way for renters to have a great experience providing basic needs that others almost never provide.
