"Clean and front desk people are great "

"We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. Most important having breakfast for free (12 and under eat for breakfast free with a coupon the Holiday Inn provided us).The kids thought that was the best ever and they had several options to choose from, they loved the scrammed eggs with cheese. The room was very clean, the service was amazing, the staff was always helpful and acknowledged us every time we walked through or out of the door whether it was to welcome us or to tell us to have a great day. All around best experience ever. I am very happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our trip to Tennessee as well. Can't wait till September. A humongous thank you to all the staff members for making our trip a memorable one. Warm welcomes always make any trip an amazing trip. "

"This is a nice place to stay. The rooms were nice, and the people were nice. The only issue is that the Expedia page for this place incorrectly states that a breakfast buffet is available, but that isn't true."

"The only problem was that the restaurant and bar was closed. They sold the hotel the day before we got there and there was only one staff member on duty. She was wonderful. Everyone else quit Overall good stay but was expecting to use the restaurant dnd bar And we could not get into the hotel till 3pm. Because there was no staff "

"The fridge wasn't working so we weren't able to keep things cool. Other than that, all was great"

"rooms were competitively inexpensive to other hotels in the area(on trivago) very clean rooms and all items needed were in the room coffee, microwave etc One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE"
