"Property was okay, only there for 2 nights but was afforded early check-in. Beach was nice and clean. Property exterior could use some updating but over all, had a good time. Live band and activities were also nice. Not all staff were friendly but met a few smiling faces. Spa was nice as well. Would recommend warming the lotion before applying during the massage."

"The property is beautiful and well kept. My husband and I stayed a different hotel and there were flies and mosquitos but Excellence did not. We were disappointed that we did not get to enjoy all it had to offer because we were out doing activities outside of the hotel. The food as great and the staff were welcoming and friendly. "

"My husband and I had an amazing 5 night stay at the S! There’s a reason this hotel is number 1 on trip advisor. The food, the drink selection and most of all the service was absolutely incredible! I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews about activities, they had stuff planned every single day and a live band every night. The staff has some of the nicest genuine people. Special shout out to our favorite bartenders Denroy and Patrick, thank you for the conversations and excellent drinks! We can’t wait to come back!"
