"The receptionist on Friday Nov 02 was the best receptionist I had to deal with. My flight changed and i arrived 5 hours earlier than I should but she did manage to find a room I can use for few hours. I had a long flight from US and was jet lagged., I appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you"

"Many of the parks activities were closed and there were very few staff available to answer questions. The room was very clean and comfortable but other than a bottle of water, no tea, coffee or any other food or beverage amenities were offered in the room. The complimentary breakfast was temperature challenged but fine."

"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "

"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. It did, however, work well, and was adjustable, which isn’t always the case in hotels. We will stay in Eaton next time we’re in HK but probably opt for one of the...
