Holiday Rentals in Tunceli Province

"Was supposed to have AC and didn’t, was extremely hot inside despite it dropping to low temperatures outside. Had windows open with no screens but it still didn’t cool and allowed very noisy people to wake us at 12:30 and 4 am talking loudly on street under our window. Was supposed to have a clothes dryer and didn’t. The washing machine eco cycle became stuck on wash cycle for 3 hours, and we had to hang up dripping wet clothes at midnight, too late to try another cycle. These aspects were disappointing yet it could have been a good place to stay."

"I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best. "
