"The Dusk to Dawn Farm Guesthouse is “outstanding!” We were surprised to be given an upgrade, and the cottage was absolutely stunning. It had a downstairs with kitchen, living room and tv, bedroom and large bathroom. The upstairs had a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Both had breathtaking views of the farm. The cottages are nicely decorated and quite cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed all the farm animals (cows, ducks, chickens, pigs, donkeys, etc.), as well as the wildlife. There were swing sets, miniature golf, tree hut, sandbox and pool for one to enjoy. The breakfasts were scrumptious, including fresh eggs, homemade jams, honey, breads, and much more! There was also a country store to purchase farm made meals, and certainly were a welcoming site since we did not want to go to town to eat. The store had a variety of arts and crafts to purchase, and I bought quite a bit! Most of all, the hosts (Gudrun and Johann) deserve recognition for their genuine hospitality. They certainly have created a beautiful, most welcoming guesthouse with all the amenities, and such a serene atmosphere. The details such as quotes in the garden and in the dining room shall always be treasured! The staff deserve recognition for their friendliness, attentiveness, and for such beautiful crafts! We would not hesitate to come back here and we really wished we could have stayed much longer. We enjoyed the serenity, as well as the farm experience. Thumbs up to the Dusk to Dawn Farm Guesthouse! "Lovely family hotel. Good balance of kids programs and adult activities. The view is stunning, the food is good too. Only improvement is for them to upgrade gym facility but besides that lovely. Definitely worth coming back."

"Africamps at White Elephant Safaris in the Pongola Game Reserve provides an exceptional land and water-based safari experience. All the staff on-site are welcoming, hospitable, knowledgeable and professional, while the location is simply out of this world! The comfortable tenting accommodation is luxurious and lavish, offering breathtaking views of the luscious KwaZulu-Natal surrounds and a feeling of being oh-so-very close to nature. The spacious deck, wood-fired hot-tub / cold splash pool in the dizzying summer heat, braai facilities and large on-site swimming pool (with an extraordinarily expansive view) were all definite highlights as were the many bushveld activities on offer, especially the early-morning walking safari and sunset boat cruise on the Pongola River feeding into Jozini Dam. We enjoyed ample wildlife sightings and the birdlife was also abundant, varied and exceptional. Remember to take along binoculars! We truly relished this high-end boutique "glamping" experience par excellence and can highly recommend specifically this truly special Africamps location within the Pongola KZN Game Reserve."
